It's possible to return your KILIMA product within 30 days.
Please note, the returned product should be sent back in the exact same conditions as how you received it. All returned products will be checked. They should be unused and packed in the original packaging.
If a product is damaged when it arrives, we advise you to contact us directly. Please send us photos of the damage which we will check for you. We will contact you about a solution as soon as possible.
If you return a product, the costs are for your own account. We advise you to send the product by registered post. We keep you responsible for the return.
If you prefer we can manage the shipment (inside the European Union) with our shipping company, but the costs always will be for your own account.
For international orders (outside the European Union), you'll be responsible for the costs of the return as well as for the additional costs such as VAT and import duties.
